In the event of a defect on your device, we invite you to consult your user manual to find answers to a certain number of dysfunctions that you can resolve by yourself.

IMPORTANT: The warranty does not cover the damage caused by a defect in use or maintenance. On coffee machines, kettles and generally any device operating with water and ingredients, maintenance instructions must be followed to the letter, especially for limestone, humidity ...

non -compliance with maintenance instructions, bad manipulations, or repair attempts by an unskilled person where descaling made with vinegar, too aggressive for internal joints and fittings.

The contractual guarantee is two years from the date of purchase, and this for a purchase made from MaPalga Authorized Gaggia reseller).

In mainland France, it includes repair costs (diagnosis, labor and spare parts, as well as return costs)

Excluding metropolitan France, transport costs remain your responsibility

In the event of a device defect, refer to the device's user manual first and consult the "Troubleshooting" and / or "assistance" section. Several events can indeed be set by yourself by consulting these pages, especially for flow, start -up, positioning of the coffee group ...

If the display announces an error code, or if the lights light up or flash according to an abnormal combination, note - them to refer to user manual and find the explanation.

-Pscriptive precise of the problem with if possible the error code and/or the lights concerned

Savals of after -sales service for SAeco professional coffee machines

Machines in the Saeco professional range purchased by the customer on the manga.fr site benefit from a two -year warranty which applies as follows:
  • When an intervention is necessary, the user contacts the after -sales service, this one is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • If the advice and tests carried out by phone do not allow you to solve the problem, the after -sales service then decides to send a customer loan machine within 24 hours, and resume the device in default to be checked and rehabilitated in the brand's workshops.
  • When the device is repaired, it is revised to the customer and the loan device is then taken up.

MAPALGA offers the sale of original spare parts to allow the customer to repair his equipment himself and thus avoid throwing many devices.

However, the customer will have to ensure the right diagnosis because replacing a spare part can lead to deterioration if the diagnosis is wrong and another component causes its degradation. In such a case, no exchange or refund will be possible.

new spare parts are guaranteed two years from their date of purchase. Reconditioned parts are guaranteed for a year.

The warranty does not cover the so -called consumable parts which are actually wear and manipulation parts:

  • filters, pipette joint,of group group, coffee group, bins, lids, aesthetics pieces, cappuccinatore ..

The degradations of spare parts linked to the following causes do not allow the application of the warranty.

  • Limestone degradations
  • Damage caused by cafes containing gravel, compounds such as sugar, aromas, water. Some large brand industrial cafes are indeed cooled with water and causes degradations in grinding, mills, diffusion circuits.
  • The use of unparalleled products (example of vinegar to describe (too acidic))
  • Falls, mechanical shocks, electric shocks, floods, exposure to humidity, frost ...),
  • The bad connections (line reversal ...), diagnostic errors
