Article 2: Price

The products offered by our partners will be shipped via their usual carriers.

Mapalga.fr cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery from the carrier. Article 10: Right of withdrawal and return methods

Savals for SAeco Professional Coffee Machines

The machines of the Saeco professional range purchased by the customer on the mapalga.fr site benefit from a two -year warranty which applies as follows: when an intervention is necessary, the user contacts the after -sales service, this one is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. 5:00 p.m. If the advice and tests carried out by phone do not allow you to solve the problem, the after -sales service then decides to send a customer loan machine within 24 hours, and take the device in default so that it is controlled and rehabilitated in the brand's workshops. When the device is repaired, it is revised to the customer and the loan device is then taken up.

The 2 year warranty (parts and labor) does not cover consumables (descaling, filters ...) The degradations due to limestone, operating defects linked to the use of accessories not recognized by Saeco, the consequences of all transformation, dismantling of the device, as well as any unattractable damage to the device itself (fall in the apparatus, Mechanical shocks, electric shocks, floods, exposure to humidity, frost ...), similarly, improper use, handling errors, lack of maintenance and their consequences are not supported by the warranty.

Guarantee conditions for spare parts

spare parts are subject to a 3 -month warranty depending on date of sale. Note, damaged, dismantled spare parts or in contact with external elements (limestone water traces in particular or lack of maintenance) cannot benefit from the warranty.

Article 13: IT provisions and freedoms
