The adjective gran represents its rank 19/20 , but also its aromatic development once roasted, with a taste and incredible aromas of spices, mango and chocolate.
It is in the center of Nicaragua, in the department of Matagalpa that the El Arenal nature reserve produces this coffee.
The climatic conditions of Nicaragua (wet climate, high sunshine rate, volcanic soil ...) make it possible to obtain high quality coffees with exceptional flavors, cultivated in the shade between 1200 and 1500 m above sea level.
The harvest takes place from December to March. The coffee beans are washed and then selected by hand to then be dried in the sun.
