Coffee Preludio is made up of 50% Arabica coffee and 50% Robusta coffee, carefully selected in the best production regions, such as Brazil, Colombia, Honduras and Indonesia.
This Blend coffee guarantees a rich and complex aroma, with sweet and fruity notes, a dense and persistent cream and an intense and enveloping flavor.
The roasting of each type of coffee is carried out in a traditional way, that is to say around 220 ° C for 20 minutes to respect coffee. The cooling is done exclusively and the assemblies are carried out just before the sachet according to the traditional expertise, far from the industrial processes which promote carbonizing cooking coffee.
