On many Saeco brand machines, setting the quantity of water is carried out in a very simple way, as follows:

Place a cup under the Coffee diffusion nozzles

Press the "coffee" or "espresso" key that you want to configure and keep pressed until the display indicates "memo"
Press "stop" Your coffee is programmed

Note: On some professional machines in the Aulika range, it may be necessary to enter "parameters" mode, because the adjustment can be blocked to prevent it from being unleashed by a user
