How to use Moka Express?

	Fill the boiler with cold water to the lower edge of the safety valve by exceeding 810 ml.
	Insert the funnel filter into the boiler.
	Fill the funnel filter with ground coffee, without packing it, taking care not to leave coffee powder on the edge of the coffee maker.
	Screw the container on the boiler and close with force but without exaggerating, avoiding pushing on the handle.
	Place the coffee maker on the heat source. On the gas stoves, maintain slowly so that the flame does not exceed the edge of the coffee maker. Do not use the intensity of the maximum heat for ceramic and electric plates. When the container is full of coffee, remove the coffee maker from the heat source.
	To avoid obstructions due to limestone, it is enough to activate along its axis the small piston which leaves the valve during the washing of the coffee maker.
