This Tarrazu coffee from Costa Rica, with fine and intense acidity, offers a good body and complex aromas, evoking cedar, jasmine.

located more than 1200 m altitude on steep slopes of volcanic origin, the Tarrazu region (Los Santos) is recognized for its quality and intense cafes. They are cultivated under permanent and protective shade and are produced on rich and fertile soils.

The harvest is made from December to March. The fruits are washed and then selected by hand to be dried in the sun.
