The manufacturer's warranty is 12 months if the end customer is a company, a legal person or if the machine is not used in a domestic context.

The vices will be eliminated by Jura during the warranty period, the guarantee provision taking place, at the choice of Jura, by restoration (repair), exchange of defective parts or exchange of the machine.

The execution of the guarantee services does not give rise to extension or renewal of the duration of the warranty. The replaced parts become the property of Jura.

Guarantee services are excluded in the event of damage or defects resulting from non-regulatory connection, non-compliant handling or transport, repair or transformation carried out by unauthorized persons as well as non-compliance with instructions for use. The purchase invoice with indication of the date of purchase and the type of machine is proof of the right to guarantee.
