The German Innovation Award , organized by the German Design Council, rewards companies each year that stand out for new and avant-garde technologies, processes or services. Jura Elektroapparate AG is among the 2022 winners with the "Gold" Prize, the highest distinction in this competition.

The Z10 convinced the jury in the “Excellence in Business to Consumer - Kitchen” category. A real masterpiece of Swiss engineering, the new Z10 doubles the range of coffee specialties available. It prepares the entire range of hot products, from intense espresso to flat white trend, by simple press of a touch. And with, in addition, the Cold Brew specialties, it opens a real parallel tasting universe. These innovations are possible thanks to Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.) , which recognizes the specialty selected and precisely adjusts the finesse of milling in a lightning.

This high -end machine is ordered using a 4.3 -faster color touch screen, twice as fast, associated with the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. The Speciality Selection menu and artificial intelligence make its use particularly simple and intuitive. It offers a wide choice of cafes and feasible drinks that are 32 in total, {002 Declining in cold drinks to make you discover new flavors.

Each of the drinks is customizable with 3 levels of coffee intensity and water temperature levels.

The Z10 Diamond Black has a ground coffee hatch, a capacity of 2 doses . Thus, you have the possibility of using a second kind of coffee, for example a decaffeinated coffee.

Be careful! Do not use too fine ground coffee because the system could plug and the coffee would flow in drop. 

For products subject to a selective distribution, the manufacturer's warranty will only be granted if the machine is acquired from one of the Jura approved resellers.

The manufacturer's warranty is 12 months if the end customer is a company, a legal person or if the machine is not used in a domestic context.

The vices will be eliminated by Jura during the warranty period, the guarantee provision taking place, at the choice of Jura, by restoration (repair), exchange of defective parts or exchange of the machine.

The execution of the guarantee services does not give rise to extension or renewal of the duration of the warranty. The replaced parts become the property of Jura.

Guarantee services are excluded in the event of damage or defects resulting from non -regulatory connection, non -compliant handling or transport,repair or transformation carried out by unauthorized persons as well as non-compliance with user instructions. In particular, the warranty does not apply if Jura's service and maintenance instructions are not observed or if maintenance products other than Jura water filters, cleaning pastilles and Jura descaling tablets are used, which do not correspond to original specifications.

Parts of wear (such as joints, grinding discs, valves) are also excluded from the warranty as well as damage resulting from the presence of foreign bodies in the crusher (stones, wood, trombones for example).

The purchase invoice with indication of the date of purchase and the type of machine is proof of the right to guarantee.
