Automatic filter detection:
so that the filter and the coffee machine can dialogue, Jura uses RFID technology. The machine automatically detects the presence of a filter thanks to the intelligent water system (intelligent water system, i.w.s. ® ). She then goes on her own in filter mode and activates rinsing. When the filtration capacity arrives at its end, the coffee machine indicates that it will soon be necessary to replace the filter. If this is not the case, the machine activates the determination mode. It then requires descaling after the corresponding duration of use. And to perform this operation, the filter must be removed. Thus, manipulation errors resulting from understanding problems belong definitively to the past.
