Cafes

at MAPALGA, what is expected of coffee is to taste, flavor, the pleasure of seeing the product and its smell, and the way you will prepare it, in the best possible budget. 

This is why the capsules do not have their place with us : too expensive, prepared with sloppy coffees and which generate much more waste. 

Mapalga cafes are selected from noble origins and will be roasted gently , by origin at temperatures between 190 and 220 ° C, to obtain exceptional flavors.
